SignedSorted is an AI-powered legal agreement platform operated in Australia. We help individuals and businesses create, review, and sign legal documents online. Our website is signedsorted.com.au.

2. What information we collect

We collect the following information when you use SignedSorted:

• Your name and email address when you create an account
• Agreement content you enter into the platform
• Electronic signatures captured during the signing process
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card details)
• Anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and the site that referred you, collected without cookies
• The first page you visited on our site and the site that referred you, which we save with your account or payment if you sign up or pay, so we can see which guides help people

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the SignedSorted service
• Generate and deliver legal agreement documents
• Send emails related to your agreements, such as signing invitations and signed copies
• Ask for a review after your agreement is completed
• Send occasional tips and offers, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Process payments securely
• Improve our platform and user experience

4. How we store your data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted in Sydney, Australia, with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

Signed agreement documents are retained for 12 months on the Pay Per Doc plan, and for as long as your account remains on the Plus plan. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 6.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party services required to operate SignedSorted:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous visitor analytics
• Anthropic — AI document drafting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — delivery of emails about your agreements
• Brevo — marketing emails, only if you opted in

Some of these providers process data outside Australia, including in the United States, Japan and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To make a request, contact us at hello@signedsorted.com.au.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your session. We measure visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We also keep a small note in your browser's local storage of the first page you visited and the site that referred you, for up to 90 days. We do not use advertising cookies.
