By using SignedSorted, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Not legal advice

SignedSorted is a document drafting tool, not a law firm. The agreements generated by our platform are produced using artificial intelligence and are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. We strongly recommend you have any legal document reviewed by a qualified Australian lawyer before signing.

3. Who can use SignedSorted

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use SignedSorted. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SignedSorted is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

5. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once a document has been generated. If you have a billing issue, contact us at hello@signedsorted.com.au.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SignedSorted to:

• Create fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive documents
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable Australian law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform

7. Intellectual property

The SignedSorted platform, branding, and technology are owned by SignedSorted. The content of agreements you create belongs to you. You grant SignedSorted a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SignedSorted is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal outcome arising from the use of documents generated on this platform. Use of SignedSorted is at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
