What happens to your information

Your account and agreement data is stored using Supabase, hosted in Sydney, Australia, with encryption applied to data both in transit and at rest. Payment processing runs entirely through Stripe — SignedSorted's own systems never handle or store raw card details.

Only you can access your dashboard and document history while logged in. When you invite someone to review and sign an agreement, they receive a unique, secure link by email rather than a shared password — they don't need a SignedSorted account to review, request changes, or sign.

When someone signs, SignedSorted records their signature, a timestamp, and the email address the signing link was sent to. Once both parties have signed, the document is sealed into a final PDF — it can no longer be altered, which is what makes it useful as a record if it's ever relied on later.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time — see the contact details below. This doesn't affect a sealed PDF already delivered to both parties by email, since that copy exists outside SignedSorted's systems once sent.

SignedSorted does not sell your personal information or document contents. Data is only shared with the specific third-party services listed above, each used solely to operate the platform — never for advertising or resold to other parties.
